For every session, I create customized content, more or less physical, more or less meditative, tailored your specific needs, and provide personalized hands-on adjustments and clear guidance so you can build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate balance, both on and off the mat.

Private sessions also offer the flexibility to schedule around your life and the opportunity to explore specific goals, from stress relief to pregancy, postpartum, or advanced postures.

In short, you do you, and I’m here to listen and adapt the practice to your unique needs.
